Thornbury Broncos Presentation Evening 2005 With Special Guest Olly Barkley ( Bath RFC & England ).

Tuesday the 10th of May 2005 saw the Thornbury Broncos annual awards presentation evening at club. Last years major success when Mike Catt presented the awards to players was always going to be hard to beat.

This year Bath RFC & England superstar Olly Barkley kindly offered to attend and give out the trophies and certificates.

With over 270 children playing rugby at all levels at Thornbury Broncos , presenting all the certificates was going to be a long job.

Olly stayed at the club for over 3 hours making sure all the children got autographs and photo's to remember this special evening .

Laurence Jenkins outgoing Junior Chairman presented a check for £368.86 to the Wooden Spoon Society , which was raised during the World Cup Visit. We also had a professional photographer on hand to capture the evening. The pictures can be viewed by clicking the link prior to purchase. Finally a big thanks goes out to Olly Barkley for making the evening for the BRONCOS.
